Privacy Policy (EU Regulation 2016/679)
The information acquired will be processed by Protezioni Srl (Data Controller) in accordance with the provisions of data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679), for the purpose of collecting reports/complaints for the protection of gender equality, within the Gender Equality Management System (SGPG) compliant with UNI/PdR125 (the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller). The provision of data is optional, and users may also make reports/complaints anonymously (without suffering any consequences).
Such data is processed by authorized persons and stored in accordance with the rules on the storage of administrative documentation. You may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by writing to qualita@protezionisrl.com or to the Data Protection Officer (privacy@liquidlaw.it), or you may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation.
