PROTEZIONI s.r.l. hereby informs you that this page describes how the company website (“Website”) is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of visitors and users who consult it.

This policy is provided in accordance with Italian and European legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679) for those who interact with the Site’s web services and, therefore, does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website.

It does not, therefore, refer to processing carried out via other partner sites of PROTEZIONI s.r.l., which the user may access via links from this website. For such processing, a separate privacy notice must be provided by the respective Data Controllers.

What personal data we collect and why (purposes and legal basis for processing)

Personal data refers to all information relating to you that allows us to identify you, such as your first name, surname, contact details, telephone number, email address and information regarding your access to our website.

By using or accessing this Website, PROTEZIONI s.r.l. will therefore process the data of visitors and users for the following purposes:

  • to manage the receipt of CVs sent by users via the “Your career at Protezioni” section (if you send us your CV to apply for an open position, we will use the information contained therein exclusively for that purpose; your CV will be retained for a maximum period of twelve months, after which it will be deleted; if you wish, you may of course send us a new, updated version).

We will only process your personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons for which we have collected and need to use your personal data. In some cases, these reasons consist of the need to respond to your requests (contractual or pre-contractual purposes), to comply with specific legal and/or regulatory requirements, or to pursue the legitimate interests of the Data Controller; in other cases, however, the legal basis is consent (for example, for marketing activities and the sending of newsletters containing commercial communications).

Newsletter

Upon the user’s specific request, expressed by voluntarily subscribing to the newsletter service (the legal basis for which is the user’s consent), we may use the email address for commercial communications regarding our products, in order to provide updates on new developments, offers and promotions. Soft spam
